The motion sensor PIR light switch senses when to turn on your lights by detecting when you're in the room - and turns the lights off when you're not. The PIR energy saving system measures natural infrared light radiating from people in its field of view. The unit also detects light levels entering the room, so it will only switch on lighting when the room is dark and the sensitivity is adjustable. The sensor covers 180 degrees by 8m long. There is no on/off button as the DYB switch sensor can be configured to check a certain level of movement before activating. Simply put, if there is no-one in the room the unit will switch itself off, but don't worry about constantly having to wave your arms around to keep it running! 1. A passive infra-red quad person detector
2. An adjustable time lag before switch-off
3. A fully adjustable photocell override, to give the option of keeping the lights off on bright days
4. A relay for switching up to 6 amps (1500W) of resistant, fluorescent or inductive lighting loads, or up to 1 amp (250W) of fans
