The Informa is a keypad unit that has the capability of dialling prerecorded speech messages over a telephone line. It is installed in your intruder system so that when your alarm system detects an intrusion the external siren will sound to alert your neighbours and the Informa will dial a programmed telephone number that you choose and it will replay a recorded speech message to alert up to 3 numbers of the intrusion. For example, Informa can contact a friend or relative who lives close to your home, who can investigate the alarm and call the police if necessary.

It is important to have your intruder alarm system serviced at least once a year. Regular servicing of an alarm system ensures the system's reliability and durability. Most insurance companies require proof of alarm maintenance carried out by an approved company. It makes sense and cost less to have regular alarm servicing than breakdown repairs.

Priority availability of a call-out engineer.
All call-outs will be charged for labour, and replacement parts.

Gold maintenance cover features

All the benefits of the above, plus –
"Free of charge call-out" including labour and travelling if the alarm system is faulty. Replacement parts will be charged for
Repairs / faults caused by operator misuse, power failures, or natural events,

We also carry out annual security maintenance services with no contract. PRICE £89.99 just a one off payment.

 
1.Visual inspection of all major alarm components including cabling & connections where accessible for signs of deterioration or damage.

2.Check mains power supply including charging rates Check battery power supply

3.Check and walk test all detectors

4.Replace battery back up if required, this is very important if the system is more than 2 / 3 years old.

5.Check and test all audible warning devices, sirens and speakers.

6.Make any necessary adjustments or Repair minor faults where necessary (additional costs may apply)
